Description:

23.4913 hectares total area. Located in North Western part of the сity, near the M-10 road, area has convenient road connections with Poland, Hungary, Slovakia and other regions.
Construction of the industrial park will take place in three stages, according to the existing demand for rental space. The first phase includes the construction of five buildings with a total area of ​​30 600 m2. It is expected that the tenants of the premises will be companies involved in logistics and light, automotive, pharmaceutical or engineering industries. The second and third phases of construction will follow (​​31 700 m2 and ​​36 900 m2 respectively). Their construction is scheduled for 2nd and 3rd year of the project – taking into account the demand of tenants. In the case of high investor interest, the phases can be carried out simultaneously.
It is expected that the industrial park will create 3,100 new jobs and 1,540 new jobs for suppliers. Around 16 companies in various industries will run within the Industrial Park.
Free areas around the park provide opportunities for its potential growth in case of further demand from investors.
