German company Crowd Ukraine considers Lviv for the implementation of sustainable development projects
29 Jul 2025

A working meeting took place in Lviv with representatives of Crowd Ukraine — the first German company that combines ESG investments, state guarantees from the German government, and modern approaches to youth housing development.

Together with the team from the Investment and Projects Department of the Lviv City Council and the city’s Chief Architect Anton Kolomeytsev, the parties discussed potential areas of cooperation. Key ideas included innovative construction, development of infrastructure for IT and creative clusters, and the creation of new housing formats for young people eager to contribute to Ukraine’s recovery.

During the visit, company representatives explored several already-implemented initiatives in Lviv, including:

  • The UNBROKEN Ukraine Prosthetics and Orthotics Center

  • A social housing facility for internally displaced persons

  • The Unbroken rehabilitation center

These initiatives served as important sources of inspiration for potential partnership within the framework of Ukraine’s sustainable recovery program.

Crowd Ukraine aims to attract €100 million in investment by 2030 to develop a network of micro-apartments across 20 university cities in Ukraine, with Lviv already being considered one of the priority locations.

Crowd Ukraine is committed to implementing global solutions that will support the return of Ukrainian youth and engage them in the rebuilding of the country.
