On June 30, at the session, Lviv City Council adopted a resolution on the creation and development of the municipal industrial park in the Lviv community.

The resolution “Function of municipal industrial parks” provides for:

• Creation of the municipal industrial park “Sygnivka” with an area of 15 hectares in the industrial zone “Sygnivka”;
• Update of the concept of the municipal industrial park “Sygnivka”, which was approved in November 2017, in accordance with the current legislation.

Providing comfortable conditions for doing business in Lviv is a priority task for the Lviv City Council and Invest in Lviv. The creation of industrial parks will contribute to the development of modern production and market infrastructure, increase the share of high-precision and knowledge-intensive technologies, create new jobs, increase revenues to the budget and improve the community’s investment climate.
