The St. Nicholas Children’s Hospital of the First Medical Territorial Union of Lviv received a gift — a car from our long-time partners from Denmark, KOLO Nordic. This is not the first aid from our international friends who consistently support ukrainians during the war.

KOLO Nordic is a humanitarian volunteer organization based in Denmark that has been providing aid to Ukraine since 2022. Every month, they send humanitarian shipments (food, equipment, and essential items) from Denmark to the regions of Ukraine most affected by the war, particularly the south and east. All donations go directly to support efforts, and administrative expenses are covered by the volunteers themselves.

“KOLO Nordic are our regular partners. This time, they helped with transportation for the children’s hospital. A simple but important step that will improve the daily work of medical staff,” noted Andriy Pavliv, Head of the Investment and Projects Office of the Department of Economic Development of the Lviv City Council.

Previously, KOLO Nordic supplied essential goods to medical institutions in Lviv, as well as special fishing nets, which are now used as anti-drone devices on the front line, protecting the lives of Ukrainian soldiers.
