In his opening remarks, Andriy Moskalenko, First Deputy Mayor – Deputy Mayor for Economic Development, emphasized the importance of international support in rebuilding Ukraine and developing Lviv as an attractive city for investment.
The forum brought together representatives of governments, businesses, and financial institutions from Ukraine and Poland. The main focus was on developing a systematic partnership model in both G2G (government-to-government) and B2B (business-to-business) formats, as well as signing an important agreement launching the operations of the Polish bank BGK in Ukraine. This decision paves the way for direct financing of Polish investments without intermediaries, significantly simplifying economic cooperation mechanisms.
The Investment and Projects Office of the Lviv City Council (Invest in Lviv) participated in the event, engaging with potential investors and discussing joint investment projects. During the forum, Ukrainian and Polish representatives held meetings and agreed on further discussions within the framework of ReBuild 2025 in Warsaw.
The event reaffirmed the strategic partnership between Ukraine and Poland and marked another step toward building a sustainable model of economic development and the reconstruction of our country.
