Today, together with the First Lviv Medical Territorial Union, we hosted the UN program leaders in Ukraine. We discussed further cooperation in the development of the UNBROKEN rehabilitation ecosystem and supporting the city’s social initiatives. We also launched the training center for baristas and bakers at the UNBROKEN rehabilitation center, providing people affected by the war with the opportunity to acquire new professional skills and successfully reintegrate into society.

The participants from the UN included representatives from UNDP, WHO, UN-HABITAT, FAO, ILO, UNICEF, UNHCR, UNOPS, UNESCO, and other agencies implementing humanitarian and recovery projects in Ukraine.

Among the projects we have implemented in collaboration with UN organizations:

• The training center for baristas and bakers at the UNBROKEN rehabilitation center;
• The Employment Center for people with disabilities (barbershop at the UNBROKEN rehabilitation center);
• The purchase of modern prosthetic equipment;
• The training hub.
