Lviv Presented Investment Projects at the ReBuild Ukraine 2025 International Exhibition and Conference
14 Nov 2025

On November 13–14, the Lviv community showcased key investment and infrastructure projects at the 5th international exhibition ReBuild Ukraine 2025 in Warsaw — one of the main platforms for attracting investors and partners in the reconstruction sector.

At the city’s joint stand, projects shaping Lviv’s development architecture during the war were presented: the construction of the new UNBROKEN surgical building, the creation of a modern industrial zone, the extension of a tram line to the rehabilitation center, the construction of a new geriatric center, the building of an underground parking lot in the city center, the restoration of the prosthetics factory, and the launch of a research center.

Andriy Pavliv, Head of the Investment and Projects Office of the Lviv City Council, presented Lviv’s investment opportunities at the Communities Marathon and outlined key areas of cooperation with international partners. The city delegation held a series of meetings, including with Elizabeth Svanholm Meyer, Executive Vice President of Innovation Norway, and Jost Clarenbeck, Special Representative of the Netherlands.

During ReBuild Ukraine 2025, 7 significant agreements and memoranda were signed, strengthening Lviv’s medical, infrastructure, educational, and economic resilience, namely:

  1. UNBROKEN: a tripartite agreement with Deloitte and Swedfund for the development of a feasibility study (FS) and preparation of a public-private partnership for the construction of a new surgical building. Deloitte develops the FS and tender documentation, while Swedfund finances the preparatory phase.
  2. Development of a new industrial zone: a memorandum with White Star on research and planning for the creation of an industrial park or logistics hub in Lviv.
  3. Launch of prosthetics production: an agreement with PwC Ukraine to develop a feasibility study for establishing a modern prosthetics factory in Lviv.
  4. National Training Center for Water Utilities: a partnership with WaterWorx Ukraine, the Association of Water Utilities of Ukraine, and Lviv Water Utility (LME “Lvivvodokanal”) to create a specialized training center in Lviv.
  5. €5 million for the restoration of Oriana Lyceum: a grant from Nefco, funded by Norad and the Norwegian government under the Green Recovery Programme for Ukraine.
  6. Sustainable urban planning: an agreement with Jacobs U.K. Limited and the UK Department for Business and Trade on cooperation in transit-oriented development and urban mobility.
  7. Innovative infrastructure: a memorandum with Crowd Ukraine on the development of innovative construction and infrastructure for IT, digital, and creative clusters.

ReBuild Ukraine 2025 brought together international business, government institutions, and financial organizations that are actively involved in Ukraine’s recovery. Lviv’s participation in the exhibition was an important step in attracting new partners and shaping projects that will define the city’s development in the coming years.
