Specialization of the industrial park: versatile (machine engineering and metalworking, logistics (urban logistics), light and food industries, processing industry, woodworking, printing industry, and other sectors compatible with the above-mentioned industries).
Number of new jobs upon full project implementation: over 1,000. As of today, about 350 employees work in the Sparrow Park industrial park.
Estimated investment amount: 316 million UAH for the infrastructure of the industrial park, and 1,582 million UAH for the construction of the facilities. LLC “Sparrow Industries” will build it with its own funds, private investors, and by attracting credit resources.
Project status: the construction of the first, second, and third phases of the Sparrow Park industrial park in Lviv, with a total area of 44,500 m², has been completed by Sparrow Industries. Preparatory works have started for the construction of the fourth phase of the project (23,000 m²). The construction project plans to develop the industrial park in several phases.
