Initiator of creation: Lviv City Council.

Managing company: Alterra Group’s subsidiary “Formatсia Signivka” LLC (winner of the competition).

Project characteristics:

The total area of the territory is 30 hectares.

Estimated building area: about 150,000 m2 (class A and B production and warehouse space, office space).

The term for which the Industrial Park was created was 50 years

Field of activity: processing industry.

Project cost: over UAH 5 billion.

Number of new jobs: 3,600.

Project status: signed contract with the winner of the competition, start of construction: November 2023.
