At the end of 2024, the “Formatsia” industrial park received 114 million UAH in state support from the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine for the construction and development of engineering networks and infrastructure.
Information about the project
Initiator of the creation: Lviv City Council. Managing company: subsidiary of Alterra Group, LLC “Formatsia Syhnivka” (winner of the competition). Total area: 30 ha. Estimated built-up area: about 150,000 m² (A and B class production and warehouse spaces, office spaces). Term of the industrial park: 50 years. Sector: manufacturing industry. Project cost: over 5 billion UAH. Number of new jobs: 3,600. Project status: as of March 2025, 5 industrial buildings have already been constructed and are planned to be handed over between April and June this year. Investment return mechanism: leasing and sale of park premises. Taxes to the city budget (only from personal income tax): 250 million UAH / year.
