Tender on Reconstruction Of The Trolleybus Line On The Kulparkivska Str. (From Gorodotska Str. Till Naukova Str.), Lviv

It is the first time that LME «Lvivelektrotrans» procurement exercise will be conducted using the EBRD Client E-Procurement Portal (ECEPP) (here and after – «ЕСЕРР») and respective to the circumstances of its fullfilment.

The potential participants can download tender documentation at the ЕСЕРР web-page for free. Closing date — September, 28, 2020.

To take part in bid participants should be registered in ЕСЕРР in accordance to published at the mentioned above web-page rules. A full description of the procurement exercise is available within the documentation and is available free of charge in ECEPP.

Contracts will be subject to the Bank’s Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.

According to the project scope of works “Reconstruction of the Trolleybus line on the Kulparkivska Str. (from Gorodotska Str. till Naukova Str.),Lviv” — 3,4 km.

Specifically, during the reconstruction of this road object, the following works should be carried out:

dismantling of existing structure supports and elements of the catenary;
installation of a foundation for new catenary supports, including installation of cable entries for lighting cables;
installation of new catenary supports;
reconstruction of the catenary (replacement of a contact wire, isolation, fittings, suspension elements, specific details etc.):
re-arrangement of existing cable lines КЛ-600kV;
transfer of existing engineering networks to new structure supports;
replacement of feeder boxes;
landscaping.

The scope of work to be performed by the Contractor also includes:

compliance with the requirements of fire, technical and environmental safety;
ensuring safety of work performance and labor protection;
implementation of methodological control on measuring instruments;
use of materials, structure elements and goods certified in Ukraine;
maintenance and transfer of executive documentation required for operational activity;
ensuring the procedure for acceptance of performed works;
introduction of operational and acceptance tests;
commissioning of completed facilities and elimination of defects during the warranty period.
