The Tulip Residences Lviv aparthotel — the first hotel in Ukraine under the international Louvre Hotels Group — has opened in the new multifunctional Kristal Plaza complex. The Louvre Hotels Group unites over 1,700 hotels across 70 countries, and now, Lviv has officially appeared on the map of this global hotel brand.

The hotel is located in a dynamic area near LvivTech.City, the IT Park, and the Ukrainian Catholic University. Tulip Residences offers 73 modern apartments with kitchenettes, inclusive rooms, the Tulip Café Corner, a business space, a gym, an underground parking facility, and a new city park.

Currently, the hotel is operating in soft-opening mode: the team is testing services and business processes to ensure compliance with international standards.

As part of their visit to Lviv for the hotel opening, executives of Louvre Hotels Group met with Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyi. They discussed prospects for expanding the brand’s presence in Ukraine and supporting sustainable urban initiatives in the city.

“It’s important that even during a full-scale war, global brands are coming to Ukraine. This is not just a commercial project — it’s a signal: Lviv remains open to high-quality international initiatives. I thank our partners from France for believing in our city and for our joint work,” emphasized Lviv City Mayor Andrii Sadovyy.

The Ukrainian Hotel and Resort Association (UHRA), the Investment and Projects Office, and the Lviv Tourism Office of the Lviv City Council presented Lviv’s investment and tourism potential to the French partners.

Louvre Hotels Group representatives emphasized: “We see the potential of the Ukrainian market. This is not just a franchise — it’s a partnership with a future.” Tulip Residences in Lviv is just the beginning.
