Lviv Strengthens Ties with German and Baltic Businesses
04 Sep 2026

A meeting between Ukrainian companies and representatives of German and Baltic businesses took place in Lviv. Participants discussed opportunities for cooperation in information technology, artificial intelligence, innovation and defence technology.

The meeting provided a platform to showcase Lviv’s business opportunities and foster direct communication between companies. The Investment and Projects Office of Lviv City Council (Invest in Lviv) presented the city’s investment potential and outlined the support available to foreign businesses, including through German Desk Lviv, a service designed to facilitate engagement with German companies.

Representatives of IRON Cluster and Lviv IT Cluster presented opportunities in Lviv’s defence and digital technology sectors. These industries are an important part of the city’s technology ecosystem and offer opportunities for knowledge exchange and the development of new business connections.

The meeting also focused on bringing companies together. Following the presentations, participants took part in an open discussion and B2B networking, where they introduced their areas of activity and explored potential opportunities for cooperation.

This format enables companies not only to learn more about Lviv’s market and business environment, but also to establish direct contacts with potential partners. For the city, it is an opportunity to showcase its strengths to international businesses and foster new business relationships.

The meeting was held as part of German Desk Lviv, with the support of the German-Ukrainian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK Ukraine).
