At land auctions of Lviv City Council, Onur Construction International LLC purchased three land plots with a total value of almost 100 million hryvnias.

In August, company purchased the first plot, with an area of 1.6812 ha in the Riasne-2 industrial zone, for 16 million UAH. In the future, the arrangement of production is foreseen here.

One of them is a land plot with an area of 1.32 ha in the area of Riashivska Street, from Kulparkivska to Patona. The purpose is for the construction and maintenance of trade buildings. The land plot was bought for 48 million 475 thousand UAH. Another land plot, with an area of 2.9 ha, was bought in the Riasne-2 industrial zone. The land plot was purchased for 29 million 603 thousand UAH.

Onur Group Ukraine is part of the international company Onur Group and is engaged in the construction and repair of road infrastructure in Ukraine. In Lviv, the company built an asphalt plant in the Riasne-2 microdistrict.

In addition, it is worth noting that Onur Group Ukraine took the 23rd place in the Forbes 100 largest private companies of Ukraine 2021.
