Municipal buildings will be reconstructed in Lviv to provide housing for displaced persons with the funds of the IFC – International Finance Corporation.

The Grant Agreement was signed between the Lviv City Council and the IFC – International Finance Corporation regarding the allocation of 5 million euros for the renovation of municipal buildings and the creation of comfortable living conditions for IDP.

Lviv, as a city that has transformed into a Western humanitarian outpost, will be the first to receive aid.
In general, it is assumed that 25 million euros will be allocated as part of the program to help Ukrainians. The funds will be distributed among the cities that receive people who are forced to leave their homes due to the war.

On October 18 an open-idea forum “Invest Praktika” was held in Lviv – business-event, which gathered over 25 top spikers in the field of investment and real estate.
During the event Head of Invest in Lviv team Andriy Pavliv shared information with participants about the situation on the investment market of Lviv community, plans for the development of the industrial park, production hub, technopark in the community and about the support of Ukrainian and local business on relocation of enterprises to Lviv.Speakers discussed a range of prominent questions:

What helps Ukrainian entrepreneurs to stay afloat during the war?

What occurs on the real estate market?

Does an investment market works?

What projects are invested in and why?
In particular, during the event an exhibition of 25+ best franchises in the most developed spheres was held.

Lviv City Council held three auctions for the rent of buildings in Stryiskyi park.
Lotes brought about a tremendous engagement of entrepreneurs as over 10 participants competed for every object. The buildings are located on the central alley of Stryiskyi park and are regarded as the heritage of an annual international fair “Eastern Trade” that took place in 1920-1930s.

The cost of renting a rotunda (the former pavilion of the confectionary firm Sarotti, shares of which belonged to Nestlé company; area of 44,5 m2) increased almost in 17 times compared to starting price and now is 165 101, 00 UAN
The cost of renting cubic pavilion of the former brick factory “Felicia” from Rudky (area of 14,4 m2) increased in almost 19 times compared to starting price and now is 65 200, 00 UAN
The cost or renting the tobacco pavilion (area of 24,9 m2) increased in almost 10,5 times compared to starting price and now is 60 001, 00 UAN

Auctions will be held on the Prozorro electronic platform on the 23^th of November, 2022. Applications are accepted until on the 22^th November, 2022.

State packages of shares in JSC “Lviv Jewelry Factory”, JSC “EROTRON” and PrJSC “Design and Engineering Institute of Conveyor Construction” were put up for auction.

JSC “Lviv Jewelry Factory” was sold to GDC Ukraine LLC for 185 million UAH, the value of the object increased by 30 million UAH.

The final value of JSC “EROTRON” increased from UAH 27 million to UAH 55 million. The offer aroused great interest: 4 participants fought for the lot, in the end the winner was IT Cluster LLC.

The cost of PJSC “Design and Engineering Institute of Conveyor Construction” has increased almost 20 times from the starting price and amounts to 28 million UAH. 4 participants took part in the auction. “CRETE FINANCE GROUP” LLC was recognized as the winner.More auctions for the privatization of state-owned objects by link.

October 19 – Day for UNBROKEN

More than 16 million hryvnias have already been collected for prosthetics for Ukrainians.
More than 12,000 Ukrainians and dozens of businesses participated in the fundraising, which has already collected 16 million hryvnias.

Our goal is 100 million hryvnias for 50 modern bionic prostheses. They will be installed in the National Rehabilitation Center “Unbroken” of the First Lviv Territorial Medical Union .

33-year-old defender Mykhailo Yurchuk has already received the first bionic prosthesis.
Our defenders and civilian Ukrainians await such modern prosthesis .
