On 28th of December the Investment Agreement with Lem Station was signed.
The goal of the project is to create an innovation and creative space for various categories of the population, including entrepreneurs, students, IT communities, public figures, journalists, etc., with the goal of comprehensive development and implementation of creative and intellectual potential of the city of Lviv.
The investment project will attract a significant amount of investments, at least UAH 30 million, and includes reconstruction of a part of the tram depot, buildings and structures near the intersection of Vitovskoho and Sakharova streets and, as a result, creation of innovation and creative space, which will include, in particular, zones for start-ups, IT – freelancers, innovative companies, inventions, scientific developments and related entrepreneurial activities, workshops, practical implementation of projects, training and development center, park.
Also, the project envisages the creation of an open public space with terraces, venues for public events, including social events. Interactive sculptures, works of art, theatrical performances, musical performances, cinema shows, etc. can be installed here.
