On December 21, an official event was held to open the construction of the Formatsia Lviv Industrial Park. The opening ceremony was attended by Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyy, Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Volodymyr Kuzyo, founder of Altera Group Dmytro Kovalchuk, Head of Department of economic policy – Lviv Regional State Administration Stepan Kuibida, project coordinator of the Policy, Economy and Public Affairs Department of the British Embassy in Ukraine Svitlana Yavorska, as well as representatives of regional authorities and business.

The key event of the event was the grand opening of an art object with the Formatsia Lviv logo, which marked the beginning of the construction of the industrial park.

Formatsia Lviv Industrial Park became the third and one of the largest industrial parks in Lviv with an area of 30 hectares. The project was initiated by Lviv City Council. Invest in Lviv team has carried out a comprehensive preparation of this project from the initial idea to the engagement of a management company, and continues to support this project in partnership with the investor.

The construction of the first stage of the industrial park is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2024. The management company plans to attract up to 10 large manufacturing companies and about 50 small and medium-sized businesses. The total investment is estimated at UAH 5 billion.

The managing company of the industrial park is Formatsia Syhnivka LLC, a member of the Alterra Group. It is worth noting that Formatsia Syhnivka LLC is running a marketing campaign for the Syhnivka Industrial Park called Formatsia Lviv.
