07 Apr 2025

On April 5, in the center of Lviv on Rynok Square, vehicles were handed over to the Ukrainian military.
The vehicles were personally delivered by members of the Swedish Parliament who visited Lviv. Following the handover, the delegation met with Lviv City Mayor Andriy Sadovyy and First Deputy Mayor Andriy Moskalenko. They discussed further cooperation with Sweden in the areas of defense, humanitarian support, and partnership initiatives.

The guests included representatives of seven Swedish political parties: Camilla Rinaldo Miller, Helena Lindahl, Annika Hirvonen, Alexandra Anstrell, Linnea Wickman, Ann-Sofie Alm, Elin Nilsson, and Carita Boulwén.
They personally brought the vehicles to Ukraine not only to deliver them to the front lines, but also to reaffirm the unwavering support of Swedish society, regardless of political affiliation.

The vehicles were donated to the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade, the special unit of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine “Kraken,” the 412th Separate Regiment of Unmanned Systems “NEMESIS,” the Presidential Brigade named after Hetman Bohdan Khmelnytskyi, and the Presidential Rapid Response Brigade named after Hetman Petro Doroshenko “Burevii.”

This assistance was made possible thanks to the charitable organization Blågula Bilen, which has been supporting Ukraine with vehicles, equipment, and protective gear since 2022.
