The first phase includes 5 modern industrial buildings with a total area of ​​36,990 m². The premises are available for both large manufacturing companies (up to 20,000 m²) and small enterprises (from 200 m²).

The first official participant in the industrial park was the company USP – Ukrainian manufacturer of sandwich panels, which, in accordance with the legislation, will receive tax and customs benefits. Construction of the new Pozhmashina plant in the industrial park will start soon.

The project received over 114 million UAH in state funding from the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine for infrastructure development.

The project was initiated by the Lviv City Council. The Investment and Projects Office is supporting the project. The project is being implemented by the management company of the industrial park, Alterra Group.
