Business can receive compensation for the purchase of equipment and materials, the purchase or lease of real estate, etc.
The city has prepared the following types of vouchers:
- for recovery;
- voucher “Lviv prothesis”;
- voucher for dul purpose projects;
- voucher for UAV;
- marketing voucher for exhibition and fair events;
- for innovative development;
- grant voucher;
- for processing enterprises;
- for veterans;
- investment;
- countervailing;
- for energy supply;
- marketing voucher for development;
- for relocation.
Enterprises registered on the territory of the Lviv City Territorial Community, with an average number of employees of at least 15 people, and an average salary of at least 2 times the minimum wage can use the aid.
- Registered on the territory of Lviv city territorial community.
- The transfer of economic activity to the territory of the Lviv urban territorial community from other regions of Ukraine was carried out.
- They produce a product, have an organized technological process, provide services in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
1. VOUCHER FOR RECOVERY
The voucher is provided in the amount of up to UAH 2,000 million for the following purposes:
- purchase of construction materials, payment of construction and repair works, etc.;
- purchase/replacement/repair of destroyed equipment; purchase of raw materials and materials for economic activity;
- other expenses necessary for economic activity.
2. “LVIV PROSTHESIS” VOUCHER
The voucher is provided in the amount of up to UAH 300,000 for the following purposes:
- Product design and manufacturing of prototypes, including 3D design and printing;
- Manufacture of prostheses, individual parts (parts/components) of the prosthesis;
- Costs for the purchase of equipment, the development of test samples for conducting experiments
and research for the manufacture and processing of prosthetic devices;
- Costs for compliance certification and other permitting documents.
3. VOUCHER FOR DUAL PURPOSE PROJECTS
The voucher is provided in the amount of up to UAH 300,000 for the following purposes:
- purchase of equipment, raw materials. components;
- other technological and specialized vehicles;
- purchase of sofyware license;
- reimbursement of costs to subcontractors for the provision of services, if these are components of the production process;
- purchase/lease of real estate used for commercial purposes.
4. VOUCHER OF UAV/UAV
The voucher is provided in the amount of up to UAH 1,000,000 for the following purposes:
To cover the costs incurred for the production and free transfer of unmanned aerial vehicles and complexes (UAVs/BPLCs) to HF/Charitable funds
5. MARKETING VOUCHER FOR EXHIBITION AND FAIR EVENTS
The voucher is provided in the amount of up to 100,000 hryvnias for JPs, up to 50,000 hryvnias for PEs for the following purposes:
- participation in exhibition and fair events (in particular in online format) within Ukraine and abroad;
- printing of proportional materials, catalogs;
- printing in professional thematic publications and exhibition catalogs;
- participation in trade missions; business shows.
6. VOUCHER FOR INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT
The voucher is provided in the amount of up to UAH 2,000,000 for the following purposes:
To cover costs incurred for development and production:
- unmanned aerial vehicles;
- EW systems, countermeasures against technical and informational influences;
- robotic and remote-controlled systems, including specialized evacuation equipment;
- modern technical means of intelligence; automated management, communication and information protection systems;
- missile and artilery means of fire damage, means of demining;
- technologies and means of medical support; navigation and geoinformation systems;
- equipment and components.
7. GRANT VOUCHER
The voucher is provided in the amount of up to UAH 2,000,000
8. VOUCHER FOR PROCESSING ENTERPRISES
The voucher is provided in the amount of up to UAH 2,000 million for the following purposes:
- for the creation or development of processing enterprises in the food industry, production of furniture, building materials, clothing, accessories, metalworking lines, agricultural processing, etc.
9. VOUCHER FOR VETERANS
The voucher is provided in the amount of up to UAH 300,000 for the following purposes:
- purchase of equipment, raw materials, materials, components;
- rent of premises and means of transport necessary for the implementation of one’s business project;
- purchase of licensed software;
- training and consulting on starting and running a business.
10. INVESTMENT VOUCHER
The voucher is provided in the amount of up to UAH 300,000 for the following purposes:
- purchase of equipment, raw materials, components, building materials,
- technological and specialized vehicles;
- purchase of licensed software;
- reimbursement of costs to subcontractors for the provision of services, if these are components of the production process;
- acquisition/lease/repair of real estate used in economic activity.
11. COMPENSATION VOUCHER
The voucher is provided in the amount of up to UAH 500,000 for the following purposes:
- costs of restoration of destroyed, damaged property of enterprises and products.
12. ENERGY SUPPLY VOUCHER
The voucher covers up to 50% of costs (no more than UAH 300, 000) for restaurant and food retail entrepreneurs from the cost of electricity generators for their work.
13. MARKETING VOUCHERS
The voucher is provided in the amount of UAH 50,000 to 100,000 for the following purposes:
- creation, updating, administration of sites;
- branding and product promotion;
- conducting research and development aimed at increasing the economic efficiency and competitiveness of business;
- product/process certification;
- creation and administration of online stores.
14. RELOCATION VOUCHER
The voucher is provided in the amount of up to UAH 300,000 for the following purposes:
- lease of real estate;
- moving, installing and repairing equipment.
