We met with representatives of the Ukrainian-American Investment and Development Fund (UAID) to discuss opportunities for cooperation, search for local partners to implement projects to rebuild and modernize Ukraine, including its commercial infrastructure, and invest in innovative and technological projects.

The UAID fund helps small and medium-sized entrepreneurs by investing in a specific commercial real estate object or project. The fund offers competitive terms of access to capital — low rates and commissions, long term.

Head of Investments and Projects Office Andrii Pavliv presented investment projects and opportunities of the Lviv community, in particular, the project of creating the industrial park “Syhnivka”, projects of creating a production hub, creating a science and technology park and a Research Center for students of engineering specialties, the implementation of which we are working on in Lviv.

It should be noted that UAID has extensive experience in the construction, design, and management of various types of commercial real estate in the United States. This experience can be useful in providing advisory support and developing modern solutions in the process of implementing projects in Ukraine, taking into account global trends.
