The relevant decision was made on September 25, 2023 by the Сompetitive Сommission of the Lviv City Council.

Formacia Syhnivka LLC is a part of the Аlterra Group which has successful experience in the construction of the PORT Logistic Center in Lviv as well as production, logistics and office complexes in Kyiv and Dnipro.

The next stage of the project implementation will be the approval of the winner of the competition at the session of the Lviv City Council and the conclusion of an agreement with Formacia Syhnivka LLC.

It is worth reminding that Syhnivka Industrial Park is one of the largest industrial projects in the city. The project envisages the construction of more than 150 thousand square meters of industrial, warehouse and office space on the territory of 30 hectares in the industrial zone “Syhnivka”.
