Project Scope. The project provides for the construction of intercity bus stations in the city of Lviv, on all major transport routes at the entrances to the city.

Project objective. Organization of intercity, regional and regional communication in the city, which will reduce the impact of vehicles on the transport network and the situation with congestion in the city, create a convenient infrastructure for passengers and route users.

The role of the state partner in the project implementation.

To successfully achieve the project objectives, the state is ready to do the following:

• provide all expert assessments and studies for the project;
• provide the land plot for long-term use;
• provide assistance in obtaining the necessary permits;
• provide support in conducting public discussions.

Analysis of the problem to be solved by the project.

There are no convenient and equipped intercity bus stations in the city, which creates an excessive load on the transport network of buses that run through the city without proper traffic management and equipped places for passengers to disembark.

Sources of project financing.

• Local budget funds – for the development of the PPP project.
• Funds of private investors – for construction, operation and maintenance of facilities.

Location of the site. Lviv. On all major highways at the entrances to the city (Lychakivska street, Gorodotska street, Shevchenko street, Zelena-Pasichna street)

Land plots:

• Zolochiv direction – 1.37 hectares
• Yavoriv direction – 0.58 hectares
• Horodotsk direction – 1.34 ha
• Bibrskyi and Khodorivskyi directions – 0.48 hectares

Status of the land plot: communal property.

Territory planning. Detailed territory plans, which include the construction of bus stations, are approved.

Project characteristics:

• Intercity and regional transportation in the city, through the construction of comfortable intercepting bus stations on the main highways at the entrances to the city.
• Two bus stations:
• south-east direction (Pasichna street – Zelena street)
• western direction (Shevchenko T. street – Zaliznychna street).

Social and economic effect:

• Management of intercity, regional and regional traffic in the city;
• Creation of convenient infrastructure for passengers and route users.
