A large-scale energy-saving project has been implemented at St. Luke’s
ДетальнішеConstruction of a waste processing complex is underway on Plastova Street in Lviv. 45% of the necessary equipment has already been delivered here. These are conveyor lines, air purification systems and biodrying. By the end of February, the contractor should bring all the equipment to the plant construction site and begin installation.
The equipment is manufactured by European companies:
All technological equipment is assembled in Europe, in particular in Italy, Germany, Austria, Poland, and conveyors are manufactured in Turkey.
The capacity of the complex is 250 thousand tons of waste per year, which will allow processing mixed waste from the entire Lviv community. The main goal is to minimize the amount of waste that will end up in the landfill.
The project is being implemented thanks to the financial support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the Eastern European Partnership for Energy Efficiency and Environment (E5E) Fund, and the Lviv City Council.
