Today, on 23 October 2023, the Competition Commission of the Lviv City Council selected the winner of the Competition for the establishment of a bookstore at 20-22 Hnatiuk Street. It is Choven Publishing House (Lviv Media Forum Publishing House LLC).

Choven Publishing House (Lviv Media Forum Publishing House LLC) is a Ukrainian publishing house that has been operating since 2017 in Lviv. It specializes in literary reports and essays, historical, scientific, and biographical literature, and books on media. The mission of the publishing house is to help Ukrainian readers overcome external and internal borders—historical, geographical, cultural, and mental—and get rid of stereotypes and prejudices.

We would like to remind you that the investment project for the bookstore on Academician V. Hnatiuk Street has a total area of 382.2 square meters. The project will result in a modern, creative bookstore with a cultural focus that will combine a reading room with artistic elements. The investment project aims to popularize the Ukrainian-language product, create opportunities for the development of publishing in Lviv, and realize the status of Lviv as a UNESCO City of Literature.
