The EBRD is investing 24.5 million dollars in the development of the M-10 industrial park in Lviv (Riasne-2)

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has approved the intention to invest up to 35% in a joint venture with Dragon Capital for the development of an industrial park in Lviv.

Investments in the first phase of the M-10 Lviv Industrial Park project will amount to 5.5 million dollars. It is assumed that the total amount of EBRD investment in the project will be 24.5 million dollars. The total cost of the M-10 Lviv Industrial Park project is 70 million dollars.

The industrial park is located in Rіasne-2 industrial zone of Lviv city and will include industrial and logistics areas. The specialization of the industrial park –  food, health care and emergency services.

It should be noted that the Lviv City Council initiated the creation of the Riasne-2 industrial park in 2014.
