ДетальнішеOn May 7, 2024, the first stage of M10 Lviv Industrial Park, a Class A warehouse complex with an area of 14,400 m2, was officially opened, and the well-known Ukrainian retailer Aurora Multimarket became a resident.
The opening ceremony was attended by Lviv City Mayor Andriy Sadovyy, CEO of Dragon Capital, the management company of M10 Lviv Industrial Park, Tomas Fiala, First Deputy Head of Lviv Regional Military Administration Andriy Godyk, MPs Dmytro Kysylevskyi and Yaroslav Rushchyshyn, and representatives of the Ukrainian business community. At the opening, Lviv City Mayor Andriy Sadovyy emphasized the importance of this project for the region and the country as a whole. This means jobs for thousands of Lviv residents, taxes for the budgets of all levels, support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, development for the region and opportunities and an example for all investors.
Dragon Capital has already invested over UAH 400 million in M10 Lviv Industrial Park. Dragon Capital has 7 investment projects in the Lviv region. According to Tomas Fiala, CEO of Dragon Capital, “Lviv region is the second investment location after Kyiv.”
In general, the territory of M10 Lviv Industrial Park provides for the construction of five more stages in the form of modern logistics and production complexes with an area of 140 thousand m2. For its part, Aurora Multimarket, one of the fastest-growing retailers in Ukraine, has already opened 13 Aurora stores in Lviv. Lviv shares second place with Vinnytsia in terms of Aurora’s presence in Ukraine. In November 2023, the company’s new distribution center with an area of more than 7,000 m2 was launched in the city, and more than 300 jobs were created.
