We have visited Lviv logistics center “Port”. The developer of the complex is the company Alterra Group – Real Estate for Business, which is simultaneously starting the implementation of two more projects for the construction of logistics areas on the outskirts of Lviv.

Logistics center “Port” – a unique space with an area of more than 48 thousand square meters, which was built in 24 months. The center combines logistics and production areas with a green area and facilities for employees to relax.

Alterra Group managed to implement bright architectural solutions and develop the engineering infrastructure of the complex. As a result, all areas of the logistics center have already been sold or rented.

We plan to jointly implement projects to develop the city’s production potential.
