On August 16, 2023, a meeting of the competition commission was held, during which the members of the commission officially approved the package of documentation and the terms of the investment tender for the creation of a Research Center for engineering students on the street. Kalicha Gora, 5 in the city of Lviv.

The official start of accepting applications is August 30, 2023.Together with the announcement of the start of accepting applications for the competition, the competition documentation will be published with all the details of the competition. Applications for participation in the Competition will be accepted for thirty-one days until 18:00 on September 29, 2023.

We will remind you that on July 6, 2023, the session of the Lviv City Council adopted Resolution No. 3413 on the implementation of the investment project “Creation of a Research Center for Engineering Students at St. Kalicha Gora, 5”.

The investment project involves the reconstruction of an abandoned building with an area of 1,352 square meters at 5 Kalicha Hora Street into a Research Center. The center will unite 11 laboratories in the areas of artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, robotics, bioengineering, human-machine interaction, machining, cybersecurity, AR/VR and Gamedev technologies, Design Thinking, as well as meeting rooms, lecture halls, and classrooms. Access to the laboratories, classrooms, and consumables will be free for all students, postgraduates, and researchers of the respective fields.
